Trading terms for approved customers are 5% discount 7 days and 30 days
nett from date of Invoice
PAYMENTS
Can be made by electronic funds transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard,
Money Order or Cheque
After 60 days a 10% late payment fee will be added to the Invoice
After 90 Days the account will be placed in the hands of a collection
agency
CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP
Must be made in writing and a new Credit Application is to be completed
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods remain the property of Magill Agencies until paid for in full
CLAIMS
All claims to be notified within 7 days
No goods to be returned to Magill Agencies without prior office approval
No deductions off the invoice will be accepted unless prior approval
Agents will inspect all damaged good and approve any credits
Magill Agencies does not refund money, however we will credit your account
should the above instructions be adhered to
FREIGHT
Toll Ipec is used as our preferred freight carrier and offer very competitive
rates
Once goods are packed costs are determined through our joint computer
program by size, weight, and area code
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Magill Agencies reserve the right to refuse service or credit.
